Sandra Berbeco

Even as a baby, Sandra Berbeco was interested in the delicate details of the world. Swaddled snugly to her mother, Sandra spent her early years amid the vast rice paddies of Brooklyn, quietly absorbing the visual beauty of the floating rice cakes, like lily pads in a pond. By the time she was five, Ms. Berbeco was Shaping mounds of sticky rice into busts of Budha, by ten she was carving exqusite replicas of famous Cathedrals from single grains of rice. (Sadly, none of these gems remain today - the carved rice was mistakenly used to shower Sandra and her husband on their wedding day.)These days, Ms. Berbeco will have nothing to do with rice. But her passion for the subtle details in life remains.

Catherine Hall

A child of traveling street performers, Catherine experienced the gritty underbelly of cities around the world from an early age. Perched on the curb she witnessed the despair and drudgery of the everyman as her parents tried in vain to entertain, uplift, and earn a buck. Humankind seemed doomed to a colorless, dull exsistence. It's no wonder then that when Ms. Hall came of age she sought out the secret society of super heros for guidance. We can't know for sure, But 215 College gallery members have long suspected Ms. Hall to be one of their ranks. Catherine Hall, AKA ArtGirl, defender of starving artists, the color blind and the visually challenged everywhere! Hoorah!

Jude Bond

If you could pinpoint a time when Jude Bond began her artistic career it would probably be the year she spent as a paper doll. Dressed only in cream colored under garments, Jude flittered and flew with the wind seeking a wardrobe. But the shops only laughed at her and threw her out with the trash! It was in the alleyways and gutters that Jude began to invent a wardrobe from discarded candy wrappers, old letters, torn wrapping paper and the like. Soon, all the paper dolls were wearing Jude’s designs and the Barbie dolls were demanding ballgowns. Things went well for a while but Jude began to tire of tabs and paper cuts and decided to return to flesh and blood. But, sometimes, on a windy night, you can see Ms. Bond blowing through town, dressed in the latest paper doll fashion.
